AUBURNDALE - Dorothy Haddan Bowman of Auburndale, FL passed away on December 3, 2008 at her residence due to heart failure, she was 83.   She was born November 6, 1925 in Newton, AL and moved to the area in 1951 from Georgia. Dorothy was employed in the citrus industry and attended Bethany Free Will Baptist Church in Lakeland.   Dorothy is predeceased by her children, Barbara OʼHara, Roger Gable, Dean Gable, Evelyn Rewis and Mildred Gable and she is survived by her daughter, Carol Dunaway of Auburndale; sister, Mary Alice Anderson of Tallahassee, FL; brothers, Roy Haddan of Lake City, FL, Gene Haddan of Sebring, FL; 13 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren..    Visitation will be Thursday from 6-8 pm at Oak Ridge Funeral Care, Winter Haven with services on Friday at 2 pm in the Funeral Home chapel.   Condolences may be made to: www.oakridgefuneralcare.com
