Kenneth G. Fischer  

WINTER HAVEN - Kenneth G. Fischer passed away Thursday (8/28/08) at his residence in Winter Haven from heart failure.

He was born on June 28, 1927 in Chicago, Illinois the son of Frank and Mary E (Czarnecki) Fischer. Moving to Florida in 1958 from Milwaukee, Wis. and Winter Haven from Pembroke Pines, Fl in 1990. He was a retired financial manager for Eastern Airlines, Mr. 'KEN' was presently working for K-Mart on Cypress Garden Blvd. He was a Army veteran of the Korean War, member of the VFW and a member of St. Matthew Catholic Church, Winter Haven.

Survivors include his wife, Mary Muench Fischer; son, John and wife, Kim Fischer of Rockledge, FL; daughters, Luci and husband, Mario Rannazzisi of Coconut Creek, FL; Laurie and husband, Dale Donnelly of Deland, FL; grandchildren, John Tyler and Kelly Fischer.

Friends may call at the Oak Ridge Funeral Care, Winter Haven from 1 to 3:30 p.m. Sunday,(8/31) with a wake service to follow. Internment will be at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL.
