HAINES CITY - Phillip Randolph McCoy, age 65 of Haines City, Florida passed away Thursday (8/7/08) at the Heart of Florida Regional Medical Center from cardio respiratory failure.
Mr. McCoy was born May 19, 1943 in Caretta, West Virginia, the son of Andrew Dewey and Virgie (Kestner) McCoy. He moved to Haines City, Fl in 1979 from Aurora, Illinois and was a service station manager. Mr. McCoy had served in the U. S. Army during the Vietnam War. He is survived by his sister, Linda Carol Hudspeth, Haines City, Fl. Niece, Carrie Lynn Gardner, Haines City, Nephew, Floyd Damon Hudspeth. Grand Nieces, Hailey Hudspeth and Meranda Hudspeth and extended Family.
