WINTER HAVEN - David H. Prince, 79, died of cancer on Thursday August 07, 2008 at his home in Winter Haven, FL.

David is survived by his wife of 30 years, Ellen, their children, Adam Prince of San Francisco, CA, Mary Ellen Prince of Coeur dʼAlene, ID, and Annemarie Prince of Olympia, WA.  He is also survived by his son Arnold Prince of New York, NY, his daughter, Alison Pettofrezzo of Tampa, FL and three grandsons.

A Memorial Mass will be held   Wednesday, August 13, 2008 at 10:30 AM  at St. Matthew Catholic Church in Winter Haven, FL. 

In lieu of flowers the family has requested that Memorial donations be made to Good Shepherd Hospice, 105 Arneson Ave., Auburndale, FL 33823 or your local S.P.C.A..
