WINTER HAVEN - Mr. Terry W. Donley, 61, passed away on Sunday-August 3, 2008 from respiratory failure.

He was born April 30, 1947 in Bainbridge, GA.
In 1967, Mr. Donley with his brother and father began a family business in Citrus Harvesting. He was a board member of the holding company for Center State Banks of Florida. He was a member of Grace Lutheran Church of Winter Haven.
He was preceded in death by his father, Lester Donley, and niece, Andrea Dicks Hartley.

He is survived by his wife Laura Donley, his two sons, John and Wes Donley, daughter in law, Shannon Donley. He is also survived by his mother, Quinque Donley, sisters Debbie (Ralph) Richardson, Wanda Dicks, brother Roger (Debbie) Donley, seven nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Wednesday, August 6, 2008 6-8 PM at Oak Ridge Funeral Care, 2425 West Havendale Boulevard, Winter Haven with funeral services on Thursday, August 7, 2008 at 10:00 A.M. at Calvary Baptist Church, 2101 Overlook Drive, Winter Haven.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Calvary Baptist Church 2101 Overlook Drive, Winter Haven, Florida 33880 and Lamb of God Lutheran Church 901 Scenic Highway, Haines City, Florida 33844.
