WINTER HAVEN - Arthur J. Julian of Winter Haven, Florida, passed away Friday, March 28, 2008 at the Winter Haven Hospital from respiratory failure.  He was 85. 

A native of Rochester, NY, born June 30, 1922, Arthur moved to Florida 4 years ago from Boca Raton, FL.  He was a retired photographer for Vardin’s Studios in Rochester, and he was a Catholic.
