AUBURNDALE, FLORIDA - Donald Joseph St. Marie of Auburndale, passed away at home from cancer Friday, March 28, 2008. He was 78 years old. A native of Lowell, Massachusetts, born July 22, 1929, Donald moved to Auburndale from Boca Raton, Florida in 1999. He was a retired Paralegal from the Palm Beach County State Attorney’s office; a U.S. Army veteran during the Korean War; and he was a member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church of Winter Haven.
Donald is survived by his wife of 32 years: Ann St. Marie of Auburndale; his son: Donald J. St. Marie, Jr. of Austin, TX; his daughters: Debra Maglio of Lowell, MA, Diane Parolisi of Weare, NH, Darlene St. Marie of Lowell, MA, step-daughters: Christine O’Donnell of Dania, FL, and Ellen Buchanan of Tamarac, FL. A brother also survives Donald: Emile St. Marie of Lowell, MA; and a sister: Pauline Tremblay of Dracut, MA; 13 grandchildren, and 1 great-grandchild.
A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Joseph’s Catholic Chapel, Monday, April 7, 2008 at 10:00 A.M. Graveside services with military honors will be Tuesday, 10AM at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, FL.
