DAVENPORT, Florida -- Mrs. Ruby Mae Suit of Davenport died Friday, May 25, 2007. She was 78.

Born to Roy Lee Cain and Zora Frances Mashburn on July 9, 1928 in Rockmart, Georgia,  she came here from Rockmart in 1951. She was a Capping Machine Operator for Holly Hill Citrus and Citrus World. She was a member of Shamrock Baptist Church in Haines City.

Mrs. Suit is survived by her husband of 58 years, Paul E. Suit; sons, Rex Suit and Tony Suit both of Davenport, Tommy Suit of Fort Pierce and Bret Suit of Indiana; daughters, Janet McCord of Haines City, Pamela Anhalt and Gail Carnley both of Davenport; sister, Shirley Bryson of Ray City, Georgia; eighteen grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be Tuesday, May 29, 2007 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Oak Ridge Funeral Care in Haines City. Funeral Services will be on Wednesday, May 30, 2007 at 11 a.m. at Shamrock First Baptist Church in Haines City. Reverend Glenn Giles will officiate. Interment will be at Evergreen Cemetery, Davenport, Florida.
