 Roger H. Kinney
Roger Kinney

WINTER HAVEN - Roger H. Kinney, Senior Chief Petty Officer, Retired U.S. Navy, age 81 passed away Sunday (May 20, 2007) from complications of MS at the hospital surrounded by his loving family.

He was born in Cowden, Illinois on Oct.26, 1925 and moved to Winter Haven 10 years agro from St. Louis, Mo. He had served in the Navy during WW II and the Korean War as a flight instructor and he also retired from DMAC as a civil employee in 1980. He was a life member of the VFW.

  He is survived by his cherished wife of 58 years, Ada P. Kinney,  son  Roger H. Kinney, Jr. of Salem, Mo. Daughter, Gayle and husband Thomas Reddy of Peachtree City, Ga.,  Daughter, Eileen and husband David Bell of Arnold, Mo. Sister, Florence Lorton, Decatur, Ill. 4 Grandchildren; 2 Great Grandchildren.

Memorial Services will be 11:00 AM. Wed., Oak Ridge Funeral Care, Haines City. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Cornerstone Hospice, 1285 First St. Winter Haven, Fl 33880
