HAINES CITY - Joyce Arlene Phillips died March 3, 2007 at Joe-Anne Nursing Home in Cuthbert, Ga from respiratory failure.

Mrs. Phillips was born April 29, 1924 in Pilot Mountain, NC. Daughter of the late George and Hattie Fulk Flinchum. She was a Baptist and a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Lewis Phillips.

Survivors include son Roger and his wife Sue Phillips, of Coleman, Ga. daughter Joan and her husband Mike Willis of Haines City, Four Brothers, George "Sonny" Flinchum of Interlachen, Fl. Jimmy Flinchum of Virginia, Roy Lee and Billy Flinchum of North Carolina, Four sisters, Beulah Singletary of Thomasville, Ga., Evelyn Hester of Haines City, Fl. and Shirley Peel and Jewell Flinchum of North Carolina, 6 Grandchildren and 15 Great-Grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be 2:00 PM. Wednesday, Oak Ridge Funeral Care. Interment will be at Forest Hill Cemetery Haines City.
