DAVENPORT, Florida - Mrs. Pat Sears of Davenport died Tuesday, January 23, 2007 at her home. She was 65.

Born in Tampa, Florida on September 6, 1941, to Ralph Pelt and Lea Robertson Pelt, she moved to this area in 1997, from Valdosta, Georgia. She was an Operator for GTE Communications.

Mrs. Sears is survived by her husband Albert T. Sears of Davenport; son, James Sears of Davenport and one sister, Betty Simmons.

Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Thursday, January 25, 2007 at Oak Ridge Funeral Care, Haines City. Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Friday, January 26, 2007, at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell Florida, with Pastor Ed Howell, Eastside Baptist Church, Haines City, Florida officiating.
