WINTER HAVEN - Ashlee Michelle Harvey, 15, of Winter Haven, FL died Saturday, January 20, 2007 as the result of an auto accident in Bartow, when the car she was in was struck by a freight truck, while returning from the Winter Jam 2007 Christian Concert..

Born February 26, 1991 in Winter Haven, FL(her grandmothers everything) she has been a lifelong resident of the area. Ashlee was a devoted member of Turning Point Worship Center in Bartow. She was a former dance and art student and was a student in the 9th grade at Lake Region High School in Eagle Lake.

Ashlee was preceded in death by: her maternal grandmother, Denise Harvey; Maternal Great-grandfather, Bobby Cole; and Uncle Randy Cole.


She is survived by: her mother, Rebecca Lee Harvey of Winter Haven; her father, Lawrence Steven Borden of Winter Haven; her Maternal Great-Grandmother, Marlene E. Cole of Winter Haven; her paternal grandparents, Norma J. Borden and Alan Metz of Winter Haven; maternal grandfather, Bruce Harvey of Winter Haven; Aunt Kendi Harvey of Winter Haven; and several other aunts, uncles cousins and friends who thought of her as family..


The family will receive friends from 5:00pm till 8:00pm, Wednesday, January 24, 2007 at Oak Ridge Funeral Care, 2425 Havendale Blvd., Winter Haven, FL. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00pm, Thursday, January 25, 2007 in the Oak Ridge Funeral Care Chapel. Interment will follow at Auburndale Memorial Park.
