Alma Linder, age 98, of Davenport, FL, died Monday, February 26, 2007, at her residence in Davenport, FL. due to natural causes. Born July 23, 1908 in St. Elmo, IL and has been a lifelong resident of Davenport. She owned and operated Linder’s Grocery in Davenport and attended Westside Baptist Church, Haines City.
She is predeceased by her husband Johnnie Linder and her son Stanley Baker, she is survived by her daughters, Marjorie Duran of Davenport, FL and Marie Culver of Palm Bay, FL, sister, Helen Denham of Davenport, Fl, 9 grandchildren, many great grandchildren and many great great grandchildren.
Visitation will be Tuesday from 5-7 p.m. at Oak Ridge Funeral Care, Haines City. Funeral services will be Wednesday at 10 a.m. at Evergreen Cemetery.
