| | Aaron "Tennessee" Rowland 
HAINES CITY -- Mr. Aaron "Tennessee" Rowland of Haines City died of pulmonary disease Monday (Aug. 21, 2006) in Davenport. He was 77.
Born in Chester County, Tenn., on Feb. 16, 1929, he moved to Haines City from Hardemand County, Tenn., in 1957. He was a farmer in the citrus and nursery industries. He was a Baptist.
Mr. Rowland was preceded in death by his wife, Willie Dee Rowland. He is survived by his daughters, Thelma Clark, Lakeland, Carolyn Dishman, Manhattan, Kan., Connie Nick, Davenport, Nancy Rowland, Tampa; son, Ricky Rowland, Davenport; brother, Ulyss Rowland, Tenn.; sister, Deffie Armor, Tenn.; eight grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Oak Ridge Funeral Care, Haines City. Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at the funeral home chapel. Burial will be at Forest Hill Cemetery, Haines City.
