HAINES CITY -- Mrs. Cozette Elizabeth Mixon of Haines City died of cancer Saturday (Aug. 19, 2006) in Haines City. She was 63.
Born in Wabash, Ind., on July 20, 1943, she moved to Haines City in 1985. She was a cafeteria worker at Eastside Elementary School, Haines City.
Mrs. Mixon is survived by her husband, Donell Mixon; son, Bobby Hall, Indiana; daughter, Donielle N. Mixon, Haines City; brother, Tom DuBois, Indiana; sisters, Lucretia Earhart and Tracy DuBois, both of Indiana; and two grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 3 to 4 p.m. Wednesday at Oak Ridge Funeral Care, Haines City. Services will follow at the funeral home chapel.
