WINTER HAVEN -- Mr. Andy "Junior" Barnett of Winter Haven died of pneumonia Saturday (Aug. 19, 2006). He was 66. Born Feb. 24, 1940, in Summerville, Ala., he moved to Winter Haven 50 years ago from Alabama. He was supervisor for Tolley Concrete. He was a member of Moose Lodge 1023, Winter Haven.
Mr. Barnett is survived by his wife, Joan Barnett, Winter Haven; sons, Randy and Eddie Barnett, both of Lakeland, Todd Waggoner, Winter Haven; Billy Waggoner, New York; daughters, Cathy Lefler, Riverview; Sandra Speaks, Lakeland, Amy Waggoner, Melbourne; brother, Newt Barnett, Trinity, Ala., Paul Barnett, Lakeland, Wayne Barnett, Winter Haven; sister, Betty Hicks, Decatur, Ala., Rosie Pridgen, Lakeland, Mary J. Kitchens, Winter Haven; seven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Visitation will be Thursday from 1 to 3 p.m. at Oak Ridge Funeral Care. Services will follow at 3 p.m.
