WINTER PARK - Elsie K. Provoyeur, age 77, of Winter Park, Fla. passed away on Monday, (Aug. 14, 2006). Mrs. Provoyeur was born October 2, 1928 in Georgiana, Alabama. She grew up in Haines City, FL. She was a graduate of Haines City High School and Florida State University. She worked as a buyer for many years for Rich's Department Store in Atlanta, Ga. And then for Belk Lindsey's in Orlando, Florida. Mrs. Provoyeur is preceded in death by her parents, Dempsey and Eleanor Ward; her husband Robert Provoyeur; one brother, Clayton Ward; two sisters, Oneita Lindvall and Marguerite Byrd. She is survived by one brother, Donald E. Ward of Lakeland, and her sister Anniewill Schneider of La Mesa, CA. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be 5:00 PM., Saturday (August 19, 2006) at Forest Hill Cemetery, Haines City, FL.
