LAKE ALFRED - Yaere Alexandra Diaz, 3 months, passed away on September 13, 2007 at her residence in Lake Alfred.

She was born in Haines City on May 22, 2007 to her parents Yaneth Cortez and Moses Diaz. She is survived by her parents and her brother, Alexander Diaz.

Visitation will be Monday, September 17, 2007 from 10-11 am at St. Anns Catholic Church with funeral mass following at 11 am. Burial will be in Forest Hill Cemetery.
