DAVENPORT - Allen S. Clark, age 75, of Davenport, FL, died Saturday, October 6, 2007, in Auburndale, FL.

He was born March 5, 1932 in Lincoln, Michigan, and moved from Harrison, MI 12 years ago. He was a sergeant in the US Army serving in the Korean War; he was a diesel mechanic for Operating Engineers # 324 and #302. He was a member of Sound of Light Ministries, Davenport, FL and a permanent member of Disabled American Veterans.

He is preceded in death by his first wife, Ruth Clark; brother, Ernest Thomas Clark; sisters, Emily Clark, and Clara Gryder. He is survived by his wife Lois Clark of Davenport; children, Lynne Struble of Davenport, Mark and Mary Clark of Sanford, MI, Judy and Ron Hancock of Kingsley, MI, Sandy and Dave Heckert of Harrison, MI, Amy and Ken May of Davenport, Alan and Kim Blevins of Sterling, OH; brother, Robert and Josephine Clark of Lawton, OK; sister Mina Mullins of Collinsville, AL; 14 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be Tuesday 10/9/07 from 9:00 am – 12:00 noon and 5:00- 7:00 pm. at Oak Ridge Funeral Care, Haines City. Funeral services will be Wednesday 10/10/07 at 1 p.m. at the funeral home.
