WINTER HAVEN, FL - Willard J. Meinhart, age  78, of Winter Haven, passed away  Thursday (Nov. 29, 2007)  from cancer.

He was born August 23, 1929 the son of Eugene and Arlene (Ahner) Meinhart in Palmerton, Pa. He was a foundry worker for Bethlehem Steele Company and moved to Winter Haven from Lehighton, Pa. in 1980 at his retirement. He was a  Army veteran  and a member of Post 8 America Legion; Holy Cross Episcopal Church, Winter Haven. 

He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Genevieve  and his Daughter Kathleen and husband Paul Yanchura, Winter Haven. Brother Kermit Meinhart and Penny Kleintop both of Pa. 2 Grandchildren Erin and Michael.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Good Shepherd Hospice or Holy Cross Episcopal Church.
