WINTER HAVEN - Mrs. Marie Margaret Foote of Dundee, Florida passed away on Saturday, November 10, 2007 in Winter Haven. She was 86.

Born to Evard Drake and Irene Madore Drake on June 8, 1921 in Washburn, Maine, she came here in 1979.  She lived at Dell Lake Village in Dundee for 26 years, where she was active in the Park and served in many capacities. She was also an active member of First Presbyterian Church in Haines City where she enjoyed tutoring in the Wonderful Wednesday Program.

She is survived by her daughter, Barbara Quinn and husband, Robert of Venice, Florida and Windham, Maine; brothers, Wilbur Drake of Utah, Allen Drake of Connecticut, Rodney Drake of Haines City, and Melvin Drake of Tennessee; sisters, Lillian Curtis of Maine, Betty Berglind of South Carolina and Helen Tomkins also of Maine; two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, November 17, 2007 at the First Presbyterian Church, Haines City. Reverend Thomas J.J. Christian II will officiate.
