WINTER HAVEN - Mrs. Migdalia Mendez of Winter Haven, FL passed away Sunday, November 4, 2007 in Winter Haven, FL.  She was 77 years old. 

A native of Cuba, Migdalia moved here 17 years ago from Birmingham, Alabama.  She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church of Winter Haven.  Her husband:  Manuel Lopez, and her brother Fernando Mendez preceded her.  She is survived by her son:  Pablo (Vivian) Lopez of Waldorf, MD; a daughter:  Dr. Ada (Juan) Joy of Winter Haven; brothers:  Alfonso Arnaldo of Los Angeles, CA; Gustavo Arnaldo of Hialeah, FL; and Mario Lopez of Puerto Rico.  Migdalia also has 5 grandchildren.
