HAINES CITY, FL - Jack passed away peacefully at home on August 25, 2007 due to cancer. He was 88.
Born June 11, 1919 in St. Paul, Minnesota. Preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Helen Seiberlich and sister, Phyllis Winters.
He is survived by his wife, Donna, to whom he was happily married for 63 years, his son, Scott and his wife Susan and grandchildren, Sarah (Robert) Michaels and Stacy Seiberlich. Jack was an Eagle Scout and graduate of the University of Minnesota. Shortly after graduation, he enlisted in the Navy and became a pilot and instrument flight instructor. After the war, he became a Certified Public Accountant and started his own firm, Anderson and Seiberlich, in the Twin Cities.
In the 1970s the firm was sold to a national accounting firm and Jack retired to golf, tennis, handball, racquetball and skiing. He played golf until shortly before his death and shot his age 258 times. He was a member of the St. Paul Athletic Club, Midland Hills Country Club, St. Paul Optimist Club, North Oaks Country Club, Pool and Yacht Club and Grenelefe Resort. A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m., November 10th at Oak Ridge Funeral Care, Haines City, FL. The family has asked that memorials be sent in lieu of flowers to Good Shepherd Hospice 105 Arneson Ave., Auburndale, Fl 33823.
