WINTER HAVEN - Edith Donna Wesman Saterbo died on November 2, 2007 in Winter Haven, Florida (from heart failure?).  Born on February 16, 1930 in Austin, Minnesota, she was one of four gracious daughters born to Chester and Emma Wesman. 

In 1950 Edith graduated from Stephens College, Columbia, Missouri. On August 11, 1951, she married Richard Dean "Dick" Saterbo.  She and her husband co-founded Colorado Boxed Beef, Inc. in 1975.  She later retired in 1989.

 Edith was an active member of Hope Presbyterian Church.  She was also a very active member of her community and gave unselfishly of her time to Girls Inc. of Winter Haven, Winter Haven Theater, Polk Community College and Winter Haven Hospital.  She served as President of Winter Haven Auxiliary from 1996 to 1998 and was an active member for many years. Edith was also a member of Lake Region Yacht and Country Club

 She is survived by her sons - Richard, Bryan, Stephen, and John  and their families.  She is also survived by two sisters, Hjofdis Ann Wolfe and Louis Ann Munson.
