AUBURNDALE - Herbert Samuel Wolford of Auburndale passed away Sunday, June 17, 2007, at Consulate Health Care in Winter Haven.  He was 80 years old. 

A native of Cowlake Arkansas, born November 10, 1926, Herbert moved to Davenport, FL in 1962, and later moved to Auburndale in 2002.  Herbert retired from Walt Disney World as a Chef’s Helper, and he was a member of Tabernacle of Praise in Auburndale. 

Audrey Eleanor Wolford, his wife preceded him in death.  Herbert if survived by his daughter:  Juanita Taylor of Auburndale; his son:  William Wolford of Memphis, TN; stepsons:  Charles Clements and Eugene Clements of Davenport, AC and James Clements of Memphis, TN; and a step-daughter:  Dorothy Clements of Davenport.  Herbert also has four grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren, and several step-grandchildren. 

Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 5 to 7 PM at Oak Ridge Funeral Care.  Funeral services will be Wednesday at 2:00 PM with Rev. David Horner and Rev. Lloyd Allen officiating.  Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery in Davenport.
