WINTER HAVEN - James B. Freese, age 75, of Winter Haven, FL, died Saturday, June 2, 2007, in Tampa, FL. due to an auto accident.
James was born May 4, 1932 in Gallipolis, OH, and moved to Winter Haven from there in 1940. He was a maintenance supervisor with Sun Pac Foods of Bartow, a member of NorthRidge Church of Haines City, and a veteran of the United States Army during the Korean Conflict.
He is survived by his wife, Betty J. Freese of Winter Haven; son, James L. Freese of Naples, FL; daughter, Melissa Goodman of Lake Alfred, FL; sister, Jean Denmark of Winter Haven, and eight grandchildren, and he is preceded in death by his daughter, Cynthia Borrelli.
Visitation will be Wednesday June 6, 2007 from 12 –1 pm at Oak Ridge Funeral Care, Haines City with funeral services immediately following at the funeral home.
