WINTER HAVEN - Mrs. Frances Jenell Miller of Winter Haven, FL, passed away at home from ovarian cancer Saturday, December 29, 2007.  She was 67 years old. 

A native of Vernon, FL, born March 13, 1940, Frances moved here in 1980 from Ft. Myers, FL.  She was retired as secretary of the Ridge Baptist Association where she served for 24 years.  She was the immediate past president of the National Association of Southern Baptist Secretaries, Inc.  Frances was a member of  Lake Shipp Baptist Church for the past 27 years where her husband served as pastor.  She was a current member of Lena Vista Baptist Church

Frances was preceded in death by her parents:  Ralph and Deanie Moore.  She is survived by her husband of 47 years:  Rev. Bob Miller; her children:  Chesna Owens of Winter Haven, FL and Chris Miller of Port St. Lucie, FL; her brother:  Jearl Moore of Casselberry, FL; her granddaughters:  Denielle, Samantha, and Alyxandra Owens.
