HAINES CITY - Lula Ilene Rogers, age 99, died on Thursday, August 9, 2007 at Highland Lake Center in Lakeland, Florida

Born to Clark Fletcher Bradbury and Louesta Myers Bradbury on March 16, 1908, in Fort Wayne, Indiana, she moved to Haines City, Florida in 1925. She was a homemaker, member of the First United Methodist Church in Haines City and a member of the American Legion Ladies Auxillary.

Mrs. Rogers is preceded in death by her husband Alex B. Rogers, Sr. She is survived by her son, Alex B. Rogers, Jr. of Bartow, Florida; brother Bob Bradbury of Winter Haven, Florida, two grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, August 14, 2007, at Oak Ridge Funeral Care in Haines City, Florida. Reverend Roy Lowe of the First United Methodist Church of Bartow, Florida will officiate. Burial will be at Forest Hill Cemetery in Haines City.
