Haines City, Florida - Irene Ruth DuFrain of Haines City died August 8, 2007 at her home in Haines City. She was 82.

Born on September 4, 1924, in Badley, Illinois, to Adam Beach and Claira Dancaster Beach, she came to Haines City from there in 1982. She was a cook at Bradley High School, for the Bradley school system, in Illinois. She loved to play Bingo.

Mrs. DuFrain was preceded in death by her husband Russell in 1994. She is survived her son, Russell J. DuFrain of Richboro, Pennsylvania; brothers, John Beach of Kankakee, Illinois, and Fred Beach of El Paso, Texas, three grandchildren and one great grandchild..

Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m., Monday, August 13, 2007 at Oak Ridge Funetral Care, Haines City, Florida, with Pastor Charles Harkala officiating. Graveside services will be at 11:00 a.m. at Knakakee Memorial Gardens in Aroma Park, Illinois with Reverend Larry Schreffler officiating. Memorial contributions wmay be made to the Salvation Army.
