HAINES CITY - Justin Nathan Mixon, age 4, of Waverly, FL, died Wednesday, April 25, 2007, his cause of death is pending.

Born May 22, 2002 in Winter Haven, FL, and has been a lifelong resident of the area.

He is survived by his parents, Bryan Keith and Crystal Gail Mixon of Waverly; brother, Dustin Tyler Mixon of Waverly; paternal grandparents, Nathan E. and Geneva Mixon of Davenport, FL, paternal grandmother, Beverly Mixon of Waverly; maternal grandmother, Betty Filyaw of Bartow, FL; maternal great-grandmother, Faye Brummitt of Virginia; cousins, Katelyn Bailey and Ethan Bailey of Winter Haven, and Meghan Bailey of Bartow; Aunts, Charla (Wes) Bailey of Winter Haven, Betty Larsen of Tennessee, Vicky Whitehead of Haines City and Linda Jernigen of Ocala, FL
