HAINES CITY - Mrs. Dorothy E. Weit, 88, died Oct. 9, 2006, at Heart of Florida Regional Medical Center, due to complications from surgery. Mrs. Weit was born on Oct. 26, 1917 in Detroit and moved to Florida from Dearborn Hts., Mich. 30 years ago. Preceded in death by husband, Harold, sister, Helen Eggen. Survived by brother, Chuck Kuess and many nieces and nephews. Memorials may be made to Faith Lutheran Church, P.O. Box 1938, Haines City, Fl. Services will be at 11 a.m. Oct. 28, at Forest Hill Cemetery, Haines City. Oak Ridge Funeral Home, Haines City.
