DAVENPORT - P.O Wall Jr., age 86, of Davenport, Fla., died Wednesday, October 11, 2006, at his residence in Davenport, FL. due to cancer. Born October 28, 1919, in Spencer, NC, he moved to Davenport in 1939 from Tampa, Fl. He was a self employed citrus grower. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy serving in W.W. II, a member of First Baptist Church, Orlando, Fl, and of the Waverly Growers Assoc. He is preceded in death by his wife, Hilda Lee Wall. He is survived by his son, Steve Wall of Loughman, Fl; daughter, Ginger Lee Brown of Fayetteville, GA, 3 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren. Visitation will be Monday 10/16/06 from 1-2 PM at Oak Ridge Funeral Care, Haines City and the funeral will follow immediately after at 2 PM at the funeral home.
