Winter Haven - Wilfred Moody Clemmons, 77, of Winter Haven, Fla., died of heart failure Wednesday, October 4, 2006, at Winter Haven Hospital. Born March 24, 1929 in Vernon, Fl. He has been a resident of Polk County since he was 16 years old. Mr. Clemmons was retired from Crown Cork and Seal in Bartow, FL and Attended Eagle Lake Assembly of God. He Served in the Army during Korean War. And he loved to spend his time fishing. He is preceded in death by: his wife, Kathleen Cayson Clemmons. He is survived by: one Daughter, Cheryl Ann Clemmons of Winter Haven, Fla.; a sister Frances Mayo of Blountstown, Fla. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Friday, October 6, 2006 at Oak Ridge Funeral Care, 2425 West Havendale Boulevard, Winter Haven, Fla. Funeral services will be at Oak Ridge Funeral Care at 11:00 AM Saturday, October 7, 2006 . Interment will follow at Auburndale Memorial Park in Auburndale, Fla. |
