HAINES CITY -- Mrs. Rena B. Norton of Haines City died of heart failure Sunday (March 5, 2006) in Haines City. She was 86.
Born in New Lexington, Ohio, on March 10, 1919, she came to Haines City from Newportville, Pa., in 1982. She was a checker for Sears, Roebuck & Co. Warehouse in Fort Washington, Pa.
Mrs. Norton was preceded in death by her husband, Edward T. Norton. She is survived by her daughters, Elaine Brown, Atkins, Ark., Leilahni Batchelor, Haines City; brother, Niles Ogle, Newark, Ohio; sisters, Rosalia Downs, Pattie Prince, Donna Carol Andrews, Alice Pounds, Deloris Touvel, all of Ohio; nine grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; three great-greatgrandchildren.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Forest Hills Cemetery in Haines City.
