WINTER HAVEN -- Mrs. Jacqueline Ann Olesak of Winter Haven died of cancer Friday (June 23, 2006) at home. She was 78.
Born in Waukegan, Ill., on Dec. 20, 1927, she came to Winter Haven from there in 2001. She worked for Illinois Bell, Kleinschmidt Key and V.R. Wesson, all in Illinois. She also was a retired housekeeper. She was a Catholic and a member of the Krafty Kritters at Abiding Savior Lutheran Church in Winter Haven.
Mrs. Olesak was preceded in death by her husband, James J. Olesak Sr. She is survived by her daughters, Jacque Palomaki, Winter Haven, Kris Ugolini, Lindenhurst, Ill.; sons, James Olesak, Waukegan, Kimmer A. Olesak, Chicago; sisters, Dorothy Mitchen, Pleasant Prairie, Wis., Marsella Boller, Waukegan, Gloria Holub, Hickson, Tenn.; 10 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
Burial will be in Mount Olivet Memorial Park in Zion, Ill.
