DAVENPORT -- Mr. Richard "Dick" Philip Williams of Davenport died of cancer Monday (June 19, 2006) in Lakeland. He was 67.
Born in Portland, Maine, on June 16, 1939, he came to Davenport from Georgia, Vt., in 2005. He was a district manager for NCR for many years and he worked at the Burlington Free Press.
Mr. Williams was preceded in death by his wife, Lynda Jordan Williams. He is survived by his sons, Michael Williams and Mark Williams; daughters, Kimberly Williams and Kathy Williams; six grandchildren; one stepgranddaughter; two great-grandsons.
Burial will be in South Portand, Maine.
