HAINES CITY -- Ms. Maria B. Sanchez of Haines City died of lung failure Monday (June 12, 2006) in Haines City. She was 87.
Born in Juana Diaz, Puerto Rico, on Feb. 15, 1919, she came to Haines City from Davenport 11 years ago. She was a homemaker. She was a Christian.
Ms. Sanchez is survived by her brother, Rodolfo Sanchez, Puerto Rico.
Visitation will be from noon to 1 p.m. today at Oak Ridge Funeral Care, Haines City. Services will follow at 1 p.m. at the funeral home chapel. Burial will be in Forest Hill Cemetery in Haines City.
