| | C. Benjamin "Ben" Fogarty 
DAVENPORT -- Mr. C. Benjamin "Ben" Fogarty of Davenport died of cancer Thursday (Jan. 5, 2006) in Haines City. He was 86.
Born Feb. 5, 1919, in Palmyra, N.J., Mr. Fogarty moved to Davenport from Elmhurst, N.Y., in 1985. He served in the Army Air Corps and fought in World War II. He worked as a service manager for Chrysler Corp. in New York.
Mr. Fogarty is survived by his wife, Kathleen Fogarty; sons, Curt Fogarty, New York, Mark Fogarty, South Carolina; and three grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m. this afternoon at Oak Ridge Funeral Care, Haines City. Services will follow at 2 p.m. at the funeral home.
