WINTER PARK -- Mrs. Teri Ann Whitaker-Valois of Winter Park, formerly of Winter Haven, died of cancer Sunday (Jan. 1, 2006) at home. She was 24.
Born in Winter Haven on Sept. 24, 1981, she moved to Winter Park from here six months ago. She was a clerk for Kinkos and Federal Express. She was a member of Abiding Savior Lutheran Church in Winter Haven.
Mrs. Whitaker-Valois is survived by her husband, Justin Valois; father, Stephen E. Whitaker, Winter Haven; mother, Cynthia L. Ponder, Carson City, Nev.; brother, Timothy Whitaker, West Palm Beach; sister, Tanya Whitaker, Winter Haven; and paternal grandparents, Clarence Whitaker, Winter Haven, and Louise McFarland, The Villages.
Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Abiding Savior Lutheran Church in Winter Haven.
