HAINES CITY -- Mr. Norman D. "Jim" Tollett of Haines City died of heart failure Feb. 16, 2006, in Winter Haven. He was 73.
Born in Faith, S.D., on Sept. 29, 1932, he came to Haines City from Buffalo, Texas, in 1999. He was a construction manager for Joy Enterprises Inc. He was a member of the American Legion and the VFW.
Mr. Tollett is survived by his wife of 52 years, Joan Josephine Tollett; daughters, Michele Pierce, Camp Verde, Ariz., Jodi Browning, Millinocket, Maine, Janice Tollett Bantner, Haines City; sons, Jimmy Tollett, Grand Rapids, Minn., Dan Tollett, Buffalo, Texas; seven grandchildren; three great-grand-children.
