HAINES CITY -- Mr. Edward A. Fitzgerald of Haines City died of kidney failure Thursday (Feb. 16, 2006) in Davenport. He was 88.
Born in Schenectady, N.Y., on Oct. 13, 1917, he came to Haines City from Elsmere, N.Y., in 1978. He was an accountant for the state of New York. He was a member of St. Ann Catholic Church.
Mr. Fitzgerald is survived by his friend, Mary Mandersheid, Haines City.
Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. Monday at Oak Ridge Funeral Care, 1001 Grace Ave., Haines City. Services will be at 9 a.m. Tuesday at St. Ann Catholic Church. Burial will be in Forest Hill Cemetery in Haines City.
