HAINES CITY -- Mr. Joseph Swoboda of Haines City died of heart failure Wednesday (Feb. 8, 2006) in Haines City. He was 100.
Born in Omaha, Neb., on July 12, 1905, he came to Haines City from South Bend, Ind., in 1964. He was an illustration artist.
Mr. Swoboda was preceded in death by his wife, Floy E. Swoboda. He is survived by his daughter, Joan Douglas, Haines City; two grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.
