WINTER HAVEN - Abdulkarim Ahmad "Dooley" Darwiche, 48, passed away Friday, December 15, 2006 at home from cancer.

A native of Tripoli, Lebanon, Dooley moved here in 1982 from Lebanon. He was a Foreman for Carpenter Contractors of America, and he was a Pentecostal.

Dooley is survived by his wife: Crystal G. Darwiche of Winter Haven, two daughters: Kayla Darwiche of Winter Haven, and Houda Darwiche of Gainesville; a step-daughter: Lesley Come of Winter Haven, his parents: Ahmad and Jamile Darwiche of Syria, and he has 5 brothers, and 6 sisters.

Visitation will be Tuesday, 5 - 7 PM at Oak Ridge Funeral Care, Winter Haven.

Funeral services will be Wednesday at 10 AM from the funeral home chapel.
