HAINES CITY -- Mr. Raymond M. Davis of Haines City died of heart failure Wednesday (Sept. 7, 2005) in Winter Haven. He was 64.

Born in Philadelphia on Jan. 15, 1941, Mr. Davis came to Haines City from Pennsylvania in 1997. An electrical contractor, he owned RD Electric in Philadelphia.

He was a member of the Sun Air Country Club in Haines City and the Willowbrook Country Club in Winter Haven, along with a number of civic organizations in Pennsylvania.

Mr. Davis is survived by his companion, Barbara Ann Braun, Haines City; daughter, Donnamarie Davis, Warminster, Pa.; sons, Raymond M. Davis Jr., Troy, Ohio, Nicholas Davis, Willow Grove, Pa.; brother, Ronald Davis, Ben Salem, Pa.; one grandchild.

Memorial services will be at 4:30 p.m. Monday at Sun Air Country Club, 50 Sun Air Blvd., Haines City, 33844.
