HAINES CITY -- Keith Terrell, 40, of Haines City, died on Thursday, November 10, 2005, in Haines City.

A native of Marshall County, Ala., he moved to Haines City 30 years ago from Alabama.

He was a truck driver and of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include his companion, Cindy Washburn of Haines City; parents, Perry and Doris Terrell of Saint Cloud; two sons, Larry Keith Washburn and Phillip Gregory Washburn, both of Haines City; two daughters, Hollie Renee Terrell of Alabama and Emily Nicole Washburn of Haines City; two brothers, James Terrell and Ronnie Dale Terrell, both of Saint Cloud; and three sisters, Cassandra Harris and Connie Terrell, both of Saint Cloud and Denise Camacho of Alabama.

Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. today at Oak Ridge Funeral Care, Haines City. The funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
