AUBURNDALE -- Mr. Lloyd D. Burgett of Auburndale died of heart failure Tuesday (Nov. 8, 2005) in Winter Haven. He was 63.

Born in Nashville, Tenn., on Aug. 1, 1942, he came to Auburndale from there in 1986. He was a door greeter at the Wal-Mart in Auburndale.

Mr. Burgett is survived by his wife, Lisa Burgett; son, Tim Lawrence, Lafayette, Tenn.; daughter, Tammy Turski, Tennessee; mother, Lorene Burgett, Hendersonville, Tenn.; sister, Martha Butler, Hendersonville; and three grandchildren.

A celebration of life will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. Saturday at Oak Ridge Funeral Care, Winter Haven.
