Qhuonetta Kohlhagen

WINTER HAVEN -- Mrs. Qhuonetta Kohlhagen of Winter Haven died from a brain aneurysm Thursday (Dec. 22, 2005) in Tampa. She was 68.

Born Feb. 13, 1937, in Muncie, Ind., Mrs. Kohlhagen moved to Winter Haven from Charleston, Ill., in 1983. She co-owned Busy Bubbles Laundry and worked for Walden Books for 10 years. She attended the United Methodist Church.

Mrs. Kohlhagen is survived by her husband, Donald A. Kohlhagen, Winter Haven; son, Scot Kohlhagen, Winter Haven; daughters, Denette Winnett, Winter Haven, and Michelle Atwood, Tucson, Ariz.; brother, Mahlon Carver, Denver, Colo.; sister, Marlis Nichols, Benson, Ill.; and three grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m. Wednesday at Oak Ridge Funeral Care, Winter Haven. Services will follow at 2 p.m. at the funeral home.
