DAVENPORT -- Mr. Dwayne A. Moon of Davenport died of complications from Parkinson's disease Thursday (Aug. 4, 2005) at Winter Haven Hospital. He was 69.

Born in Erie, Mich., he moved to Winter Haven from Toledo, Ohio, in 1998. He worked as a sales promotion manager for Beverage Management Inc. for 35 years. He attended Davenport United Methodist Church. He served in the Army and also as a scout master in the Boy Scouts.

Mr. Moon is survived by his wife, Nancy L. Moon, Haines City; sons, Mark Allen Moon, Cary, N.C., David Andrew Moon, Valkaria; brothers, Frank Moon, Olympia, Wash., Doug Moon, Hale, Mich., Larry Moon, Lirhicum, Md., Gary Moon; sister, Darlene Pantoja, Sarasota.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Davenport United Methodist Church.
