James O. Davis
 

AUBURNDALE -- Mr. James Otis Davis of Auburndale died of congestive heart failure Sunday (June 19, 2005) in Winter Haven. He was 95.

Born on March 21, 1910, in Opp, Ala., he came to Auburndale from Miami 33 years ago. He was a roofer with union Local 6, West Palm Beach. He was an Army veteran of World War II. He was a member of the Fox Hunters Association. He was a Baptist.

Mr. Davis is survived by his wife, Elma Davis, and sisters, Vera Musgrove, Winter Haven, and Gladys Ennis and Opal Johnson, both of Auburndale.

Graveside services will be Wednesday at 10 a.m. at Auburndale Memorial Park.
