WINTER HAVEN -  Shirley Phyllis Steinmetz, 81, passed away, Sunday,  June 5, 2005 at Winter Haven Hospital.

Born April 5, 1924 in North Georgetown, Ohio to Charles and Valetta Summers Bohner, She moved to Winter Haven from Salem, Ohio in 1954.  She was a member of the Calvary Assembly of God in Winter Haven, and was a PBX Operator at Winter Haven Hospital for seventeen years before retiring.

Mrs. Steinmetz is survived by: her husband of 62 years, Shannon Steinmetz; a son, Mark Timothy Steinmetz of Lake Alfred, FL; a daughter, Gayle Bailey-Crowell of Winter Haven; a sister, Odessa Landahl of Winter Haven; Four grandchildren; Nine great-grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; and four step-great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 5:00pm till 7:00pm, Thursday, June 9, 2005 at the Calvary Assembly of God, 3800 Recker Highway, Winter Haven.  Funeral Services will follow at 7:00pm with Dr. Bill Richardson officiating.  Interment will be at Auburndale Memorial Park in Auburndale.
